In the same building, Steve hustles to sell his ex-girlfriend's color-challenged apartment and her next-door-neighbor's unit in record time. Meanwhile, Ryan has to get creative to sell out a Brooklyn building for a first-time developer or else his client could lose everything. Plus, sparks fly when Ryan confronts Steve about his behavior at the real estate panel.

Ryan hits a major speed bump in his attempt to get to Shanghai with a billion dollars in business on the line.
