After years of living near downtown Waco, Texas, Jordan and Rachel dream of moving to the country with their three children, and they enlist the help of Chip and Joanna to get the country home they envision.

Now that the silos and bakery are finished, Chip and Joanna are ready to return to their roots and buy their own fixer upper in the heart of Waco. However, when the budget takes hit after hit, they worry their flip may be a bust.
