David finds Rosa's letter in his car and, having caught sight of his name and a scribbled love heart, pursues Rosa for answers. Charlie knows more help is needed for Duffy's care, but is frustrated with the lack of resources in the NHS and his personal lack of funds to seek private help.

During a routine CQC investigation, Robyn is devastated to realise she can't rely on Duffy. Ethan stifles his feelings and turns his back on Effie, and Rash protects Mason from Dylan.
