Meanwhile, Rash nervously stands in for Archie at a conference for junior doctors and learns to trust his own judgement when he is confronted with a bullish patient. Jacob is troubled by Charlie's lack of engagement at work and tries to have a heart to heart with him, but the conversation it does not go well and Jacob is forced to take action.
