On Halloween eve in the foggy town of Bubbledon, everyone is nervous because there's a werewolf on the loose; monster detectives Molly, Gil, and Dr. Pupson are on the case and try to find the critter before Halloween is canceled.

On the hottest day of the year, Rangers Goby and Gil's job is to make sure pedestrians reach the lake safely; however, Bigfoot causes issues when he removes the stop signs from the park.
