The buyers head to Ivy's home turf of Lancaster, CA, where Mary tries to strike a deal with a surprising ally. Jarrod and Brandi turn up the heat on the competition and each other while Rene goes well outside of his territory to prove his dominance.

The stakes are high and the dollars get higher as the buyers attend a first class auction in Arcadia, CA. Dave targets Jarrod and Brandi and the sparks begin to fly.
