Cap'n Turbot needs to get a picture of the rare blue-footed booby bird. His French cousin, Francois Turbot, decides to help but gets caught on a cliff! It's up to the PAW Patrol to rescue him and bring the two cousins together again.

Cap'n Turbot accidentally stumbles into a secret cavern that was once a pirate's hideout. When the PAW Patrol rescued him, they find an incomplete treasure map. The adventure is on as the pups follow clues to find the missing map pieces, and eventually to an amazing sunken pirate treasure!
