Carrot gets caught up in a devious game and is forced to review Vegapunk's broadcast which had sent shock waves throughout the world. Various allies from Luffy's past appear to help her understand the final message Vegapunk left behind.

Zoro and the others who are on the Sunny in the Labophase finally attempt to escape, but at the cost of an unexpected sacrifice. Meanwhile, as Vegapunk concludes his speech, Bonney once again faces St. Saturn, the object of her great hatred.
