Fran and Freddy have lived in their heritage-listed property for 18 years and are ready to move on. The house needs a fair bit of work and seems full of unfinished jobs, which is why they need the team's help.

The team face a new challenge with India and her kids, who packed up her life and moved onto a 14m houseboat 12 years ago. They've made some wonderful memories, but the maintenance has become too much.
