For the second time in two weeks, the radar screens that air traffic controllers use to guide planes into Newark airport went dark without warning. The screens are part of a Philadelphia-based system that controls Newark-bound planes on final approach. Kris Van Cleave reports. Russia celebrated the 80th anniversary of the victory over Germany in World War II. It put on a display of Russian power, with a parade of military might through Red Square.
