Nico is unimpressed with Kelley's inability to manage his team, and the safety of the charter guests is in jeopardy, making life miserable for everyone aboard.

Captain Lee reprimands the crew for damaging a very expensive piece of the boat. Nico confronts Kelley over some long simmering issues.
