Valerie meets a young woman struggling to cope in the aftermath of an unexpected death. Sid drops a bombshell on Mrs Tembe, and Emma tries to give Alia a different perspective on Ruhma's plans.

Sid turns to Ayesha when he struggles to make a decision about his future at the Mill. Ruhma makes an announcement about her own future and then discovers Mrs Tembe has a secret. Al is determined to win a tough challenge. He agrees to be a yes-man for the day but soon realises it isn't as easy as he thought.
