Wanting to move closer to family, Nicki Chapman celebrates the arrival of her buyers' first grandchild by helping them find a new home in Cumbria.

Nicki also meets a young, nature-loving couple who made their own escape from Sheffield a year ago, and who are now raising their daughter in the area's amazing natural landscapes.
