Away from the house tours, Denise meets an endurance runner who swapped the pavements of London for the woodland trails of Hampshire.

In his home county of Kent, Steve Brown helps two newlyweds from London find a new spacious and dog-friendly family home in the countryside.

Steve also meets another couple who, eight years ago, swapped their city flat for a beautiful cottage in the county, where they also established a business.
