Richie Anderson joins the show's line-up as he helps a couple of born-and-bred Brummies to find the perfect character property on his home turf of the rural Midlands. A turnkey, ready-to-move-into home is high on the priority list for our busy buyers, one of whom is a primary school head teacher. But rebel Richie happily runs the risk of detention when he serves up a mystery house requiring a little extra love and attention.

Continuing on his maiden voyage, Richie takes a break from property to skipper a narrowboat as he takes to the water in a bid to learn all about slow tourism.
