Alistair Appleton is helping Felicity and Philip Wright from Derbyshire to find the perfect house in North Cornwall. Felicity and Phil are keen to start a diving business in Bude and Alistair's challenge is to find them four suitable properties with enough space and storage for their new venture, as well as Felicity's mother.

Alistair Appleton travels to East Sussex to help John and Jean Bates from Norwood, who are trying to find the perfect house for their escape to the country. John is looking forward to country life but Jean is not so sure – will Alistair manage to find something to keep them both happy?
