Conan, Ai, and Dr. Agasa investigate the dark photograph of Eisuke's father and attempt to learn more about the mysterious Hondou family. In the process, they are involved in another case, one leading them closer to information about the Black Organization.

A man is murdered, and the only clue is a cat statue. Conan must figure out who did it and how it was done.
