Jirokichi Suzuki is doing an exhibition of Munch's Scream, Despair and Anxiety. However, something odd happens to the truck that is transporting Scream: for an unknown reason the truck disappears from the route and arrives at the museum 30 minutes late.

After escaping the police, Kogoro, whose identity has been discovered, and the rest of the gang are trapped in their hideout by Mr Head. To escape and save Ran, Kogoro will need to find the culprit that murdered Mr Head's son.
