Flying high on a big job promotion and the chance to finally renovate his upstairs apartment into "Guy Town," Mike crashes to earth when Patty's snobby sister, Catherine, stops by for a "visit".

Mike's way of life is further upset by news that Mitch and Lisa are dating, and he asks his best friend to cool down their hot romance; a move that in turn upsets Lisa. Meanwhile, Catherine's miffed by Mike's efforts to toughen up Kieran.
