A desperate man (yet another old friend of Derek's) seeks and gains possession of some ancient Egyptian scarab jewelry which saves his terminally ill daughter but at a very high price.

While checking out some sewers in Chinatown, a couple of workers unearth and open a box that was hidden in the wall. What they let loose is a really angry spirit who reeks havoc on them and several other men around the area over the course of a few days.
