Katie and Jarrod Hess hate their master bathroom, from the uneven floors, to the barber shop stripes on the walls. They are ready to tear the whole space down. They want to demo the walls, extend out farther, fix the floors, and move the plumbing. But what they discover is an old house, means old problems.

Lindsey and Dave Leker love their home, the location, and the space. But with every house there are some problems. Their master bath is not a master space, and the shower in the hallway bathroom barely works. Their plan is to demo both bathrooms and create one larger space for the family to use.
