Louie turns Frankie into a half ghost when something big comes up; Taylor, Michelle Miles and Ray compete against eachother. The gang enters the mysterious Ghost World where Frankie is stuck in ghost jail.

Taylor's new friendship with Meadow is in jeopardy when Miles acts selfishly. Meanwhile, Louie and Frankie move to the treehouse to live by their own rules.
