Tinky Winky, Laa-Laa and Po laugh themselves silly when a Voice Trumpet tells them a funny joke, but when they tell it to Dipsy, it doesn't tickle Dipsy in the same way. As the Teletubbies say eh-oh to their reflections in a puddle, Dipsy's hat falls in and gets wet - oops!
