Joe's parents are divorced and he moves away with his mom and his dad starts a new life with his new wife Claire. His dad and Claire have 2 sons Matt and Andy ,when their dad dies Joe goes to them to collect his share of his dads garage.

Joe goes along with Matt on a fieldtrip for school and both Matt and Joe have a thing for Matt's forensics teacher and they fight over which one should take the teacher out for a date. Andy visits the Liberty Bell and has an accident.
