McCabe's son whom he hasn't seen because of something he did, comes to see him and McCabe is not ready to forgive him. They then investigate a plane crash 

McCabe puts an adult magazine publisher suspected of foul play on trial for murder who is shocked by the identity of McCabe's witness who takes the stand against him.
