In the series opener, Reed siblings Alex, Georgie, Teddy and Frankie are brought together by the sale of their family home, an event that disturbs their recently widowed mom.

Teddy has trouble with role reversal when Frankie hires her as an assistant, and so does Wade, who goes lingerie shopping with Alex.
