Alan brings in a creative team known as The Two Daves to write two new TV series; when they arrive, however, they're one Dave short. Victor tries to join Veronica's gym; when it turns out to be female-only, he and Alan file a lawsuit for membership.

In an attempt to keep the reality show Roomies on the air, Alan makes sweeping changes, including firing the actual roomies in favor of Veronica, Victor, and Alan himself.
