Dolmar can't believe the price is so low, while Amanda and Keisha believe that means the risk for disaster is high. Can they turn this house into the pride of Port Richey? Dolmar and Keisha get a great deal on a property in an upscale, coastal area of Tampa. But in this case, location isn't everything.
