Duke finds a dilapidated mid-century modern home that was abandoned mid-flip by a previous contractor. It looked like a profitable project until it becomes clear that the previous flippers botched the job. Most of the team are against taking it on except for Justin who sees potential and decides to run the project on his own, but at what cost? And later, a dazzling lakefront home has a prime spot on the water, but also a horrible layout, with a residential wing designed like a live-in rehab clinic.
