When Margaret collapses from exhaustion, Victor patiently nurses her back into a gibbering nervous wreck.

The Meldrews return home from a horror-filled holiday in the sun, only to face a series of disasters which almost sends Margaret over the edge. Deciding she can take no more, she embarks on a reckless adventure.
