Plus, the room has all new purpose as it becomes a wine lounge, with a custom bar, cotton wood dining table and a hide away beer pong table with an Arizona twist!

These new homeowners want to update their kitchen to reflect their modern taste. Josh demo's the outdated galley kitchen and opens it up to the adjacent dining room providing a more inviting layout. New sleek cabinets are painted a bright color, the slab floor gets updated flooring and new appliances are installed. The dining room gets a custom modern dining table, and the parquet floor is painted.
