Dean wakes up one morning and discovers that Mary is alive, he has a wife, and he and Sam have normal lives.

Dean makes a deal with a crossroad demon to bring Sam back to life, but hides the terrible truth from his brother. Meanwhile, Azazel unleashes his master plan to use Jake Talley to open the Gates of Hell and summon a demon army to Earth.
