When a corpse is found inside a rubbish bin, Inspector Moser is called to investigate and runs into a complicated people smuggling network that has taken many lives. His life is in danger too.

A prisoner makes a violent escape during a visit to the dentist. His accomplice is wounded and left behind. Fleeing from the police, the escaped prisoner holds a ballerina class hostage and demands the release of his friend. It's up to Richard and Rex to diffuse the situation and save the day!
