Boots is excited for a toy fire truck to come in the mail. When the package arrives, the box is empty! It turns out it's lost and is now sitting on top of Snowy Mountain, so he, Dora and Tico have to retrieve it before Swiper does.

Dora and Boots deliver a letter to Swiper when the Special Delivery Bird accidentally breaks her glasses. Along the way, they deliver letters to Tico, Isa and Benny that contain different surprises.
