Having recently been in hospital with suspected pneumonia and, despite a course of antibiotics, she feels worse, and Dr Damian Williams has to break some more bad news to her. Meanwhile, a non-verbal child is brought in by his worried parents, and Dr Costigan meets a patient who is struggling with her fibromyalgia.

Meanwhile, regular patient Shirley is in to see Dr Aireen Razak to talk about a recent mental health relapse, and David comes in to see Dr Nashat Qamar to discuss his recent hospital stay and the frightening chest pains he had been experiencing
