Elsewhere, a young boy is diagnosed with balanitis, and doctor Wyne treats one of her regular patients, who has MS and a dependency on alcohol.

A patient visits the surgery with a long list of symptoms, hoping Dr Wyne can rule out that she has had a heart attack. Meanwhile, a man with abdominal pain receives treatment, and a young mother comes in with her two poorly daughters, and also shows Dr Razak the white mottled rash she has had on her chest for over a year.
