Power Book II: Ghost
Tariq refuses to give up on his loved ones. Tariq must help Monet save her own family. Monet, finally seeing the whole board, must move quickly to protect her family from Mecca.
Tariq's fate lies in the hands of Tate; Monet's choices feel out of her control; she must rely on Mecca to help salvage the pieces of her family; Mecca plays his hand to put Monet right where he wants her.
Davis advises Tariq on the best way to protect himself against Jenny and Saxe questions what lines Davis crossed in doing so; Carrie realizes her own actions have put her students in harm's way.
Tariq, finds himself on a quest for normalcy, which is not in arm's reach as he returns to school and attempts to find evidence of his innocence. Helping Tariq, as always, are Davis and Saxe.

New alliances have been formed with each faction and Tariq and Brayden must find a way back into the game. With Monet left for dead, Davis facing potential disbarment, and Effie looking to secure her future at Stanford, everyone's on their own. Diana and Dru continue to question their roles while Cane levels up and starts working with Noma. As Noma is fighting to establish her business in the States and keep her daughter Anya in line, she finds her way on Tariq and Brayden's radar. With the fate of his future in the game and his family at the forefront, Tariq must reconcile his past to rise to the top of the good chain and become who he needs to be to protect those he loves most.
