The small town renewal movement is working! The Napiers took on the revival of Wetumpka, AL, and the Marrs jumped onboard to help take on yet another community, Fort Morgan, CO. Now, they're checking on the continued growth in these two amazing towns.
The renewal of Fort Morgan, Colorado, continues as Ben and Erin give the town's struggling Main Street a facelift. Also, Dave and Jenny renovate a beloved ice cream shop and the home of the local football coach that led the team to a State Championship.
The Napiers and the Marrs kick off the revitalization of Fort Morgan, Colorado, with the goal to transform 18 projects in just four months. Their first mission is to lift up the people that help the community, and the downtown area also gets a refresh.
HGTV stars and home renovation experts Ben and Erin Napier will complete the whole-town renovation of historic Sebring, Florida, in a new season of the network's most ambitious series, Home Town Takeover. The pair—who attracted more than 14 million viewers to the series' last season—will now take on over a dozen renovation projects across homes, local businesses and public spaces, bolstered by 13 all-star HGTV and Food Network talent, to reinvigorate the struggling lakeside community. Sebring's history of hurricane damage and an excess of empty storefronts in the once bustling downtown shopping district have proven to be challenging obstacles, and, despite being home to one of the nation's oldest raceways, spectators leave without patronizing any local businesses. To combat these headwinds, Ben, Erin and their team will renovate the homes of key local leaders to help spark a wave of positive change and encourage community gatherings in public spaces by adding colorful murals and a cozy gazebo in Sebring's main park. They also will revamp several charming local businesses including a Cuban cafe and a theater in hopes of driving downtown visitors.
