On a trip to Japan, Penfold's ill-timed comfort break sparks a world-wide porcelain revolution lead by the evil super-intelligent toilet Dr Loocifer. Sick of being sat on, every lavatory on the planet downs lids and marches to Dr Loocifer's tune. After an exciting chase through the streets, rooftops and train tops of Tokyo, Danger Mouse and Penfold infiltrate the evil toilet's lair and overcome a mighty monster Port-a-loo to bring a huge sigh of relief to everyone of earth.
