A special stand-alone episode was filmed with the guests of Episode 4 of the seventh series, and broadcast as part of the Sport Relief telethon on 19 March 2012. The episode featured out-takes of the original episode, with guests Harry Judd, Dougie Poynter, Freddie Flintoff and David Hasselhoff, and featured a special round, entitled "What Are You Packing". Swimmer Mark Foster appeared as a special guest, coming out as a special "Strikerer" magazine head.
