Someone is suffering from burnout, but it's not quite clear who exactly. Lia and Titus deal with the individual problems of the staff. Titus is also hiding something from the others.

While Titus has a job interview at Kolinski Eppendorf, Jonas tries to find out who stole the money from his donation box in Billstedt. He questions each employee individually and uses his own interrogation techniques. Meanwhile, Lia plans a scavenger hunt for Wilhelm, with a special surprise.
