The case becomes even more complicated when the detectives discover that the victim had assumed someone else's identity. So who is this woman? When it turns out that she died from a strange combination of hallucinogenic drugs, her ex-husband, a local pharmacist, comes into the picture. But the school principal and the girls in her class also have their secrets. Romeo and Marion encounter a quack who defrauds vulnerable patients.
