Makar Klimov and his dog, named Bim, were "exiled" to the outback, allegedly because of an affair with the wife of a big boss from Petrovka. Makar settles right on the shore, but is forced not to enjoy the views, but to uncover drug dealers and smugglers. The dog helps him with this.
