Wolfratshausen's hard-nosed cops Hubert and Staller are on a delicate mission in the second 90-minute feature film spin-off of the popular early evening series: After the murder of the Munich police chief, the two police officers Hubert and Staller are called in to investigate drug trafficking and extortion, in which the state capital's police headquarters itself appears to be involved.
They must simultaneously investigate with and against their colleagues from Munich and track down the "black sheep" in the police headquarters herd. And in doing so, Hubert and Staller unexpectedly find themselves "among wolves."
