Now that Kaguya and Miyuki have shared their first kiss, the time has come for them to truly understand each other and admit their feelings.

The Shuchiin Culture Festival reaches its climax, but Shirogane is nowhere to be found. Kaguya consults Hayasaka. The phantom thief Arsène strikes again. Tsubame confronts Ishigami.

Shroud in a cape and dressed in the guise of the phantom thief Arsène, Shirogane waited for Kaguya's arrival atop the clock tower roof overlooking Shuchiin. When they finally meet, Kaguya has something to say to him.

Kaguya tries to get Miyuki to give her a heart shaped balloon. Kaguya gives someone advice on how to reject a love confession. Miyuki spends time with Kaguya during the Culture Festival.

Class 1-A and 1-B run a haunted house. Chika tries to convince her sister that Miyuki isn't a good boyfriend material. Chika and Miyuki discuss Yu's chances of success with Tsubame.

Shirogane remembers the first time he met Kaguya. Kaguya helps out at her class' cosplay cafe. Ishigami tries to ask out Tsubame.

Kei assembles an outfit for her brother to wear to the Culture Festival. Kaguya tries to sneak Shirogane a heart-shaped gift.

All classes are consumed in preparation for Shuchiin Academy's Hoshin Culture Festival. Fujiwara refuses to help Shirogane make balloon art. Shirogane heads to the Student Council room to practice but finds Shinomiya there.

Parent-Teacher Conferences to determine each student's future begin at Shuchiin Academy. Shirogane makes an important decision regarding the path he will follow.

Miyuki requested Chika to train him on rapping. When Chika asked the reason, he answered that he wanted to convey his feelings to a girl. Kaguya and Ai arrived at the location that Miyuki requested. Back at the Student Council, Maki requested for another love consultation.

Plans are made for a sleepover at Kaguya's house. Fujiwara gets excited about the totally hot butler Mr. Herthaka without realizing it's Hayasaka dressed as a man. A sleep-deprived Kaguya takes on a strange mood and calls Shirogane.

Shirogane accidentally steps on a female student who had collapsed on campus, she then takes care of her in the Student Council room.

Kaguya makes a big fuss when she learns that Shirogane was invited to a karaoke group date and orders Hayasaka to remove him from the venue.

After finally making her long awaited smartphone debut, Kaguya restlessly contemplates over how to respond to Shirogane's LINE message.
