Cevriye walks in wearing a lace black dress exactly the same as Alev's. She has lost weight and looks very nice in her outfit. Everyone's jaw drops but most of all Alev's. Everyone congratulates Cevriye and they go to the table. They eat and talk about Cevriye's feat and Nihat and Ayşe's anniversary. Cevriye has been using pillows and padding to hide her weight loss process. The couple describe how Nihat proposed to Ayşe in a boat. Meanwhile Ömer is constantly checking his watch and wondering what happened to Ökkeş and the ring. Zehra notes it and he says she should prepare herself for a surprise.

Ökkeş finally gives Ömer the ring but still he has to figure out a way to present it to her. He is pondering it in the bedroom when Zehra comes and goes to bed. Ömer drops the ring without knowing and puts the empty box in his pocket.

In the morning, Asya comes in and finds the ring and puts it on her doll's finger. She then tells Zehra to kiss her uncle awake. Zehra accepts but at the last minute tells Asya to do it.

Mert has completed the file against his father and tells Ömer he is going to submit it. Alev is trying to get the file for Hilmi Yilmaz but has not been successful. At the office, Alev tries to get a copy of the file by pretending to pass out. But it is no good anymore.

Beton comes to the office with a broken arm and Mehtap tells him she is going to take care of him.

Ömer goes with Zehra to take Asya to school. After he wants to take Zehra to the Islands to give her the ring. As he is waiting at the door he checks the box and realizes it is empty.

Ömer goes back home with Zehra and begins looking everywhere for the ring. He looks all day and Zehra realizes he is looking for something and asks if he needs help. He obviously says no but continues his search. Zehra feels he is acting strange.

Finally, Asya comes home and when she proposes to play the ring game with Zehra Ömer realizes she must have found the ring and takes her into the bathroom and takes the ring promising Asya to get her another ring.

He then takes Zehra into the veranda and presents her with the ring.

As Ömer says shall I put the ring on your finger, Leyla arrives. He leaves. Zehra tells Leyla about the ring. Leyla chides Zehra for refusing it. She says you love Ömer and Ömer loves you. You need to be more forward about your feelings and let him know. Leyla says here is a test to prove it to you that he is in love with you. She says go ask him anything that comes to your mind and he is sure to accept. Zehra is too shy. She makes a couple of attempts. She goes to the study and asks Ömer to do something. He is confused but says she can do whatever she wishes. She runs back and acts silly with Leyla.

Alev makes a few other attempts to get the file on Hilmi Yilmaz but cannot. He calls her and in front of her calls Ömer and tells him you got my son but you will soon realize that I also have some of your family on my side. Alev is upset. Ömer is also mad. He calls Mert and tells him that his father knows the prosecutor is after him.

Ayşe goes for a checkup with Nihat. On the way back they go to a nice restaurant for breakfast. She comes home and tells Ömer he too should plan things to do with Zehra.

Ömer goes into the room to change his shirt. She brings the white shirt instead of the blue. She is very nervous.

Ökkeş brings in daisies from the garden. Cevriye is about to take them but when Zehra comes, she convinces her to take them to Ömer's office so he can see them and be reminded of her beautiful wife. She goes to take it to him. Ömer is on the phone with Demir and she overhears him saying how he feels he messed giving her the ring by saying the wrong things and failing to say he had bought it just for her. Zehra repeats: "For me?"
