Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson is in Wales in today's programme, as he searches for traditional British foods and crafts. Adrian discovers the history of the Welsh Black cattle, learns how to make a traditional Welsh blanket, and indulges in a sweet treat when he learns about the country's Italian connection. In the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Adrian cooks up a local dish out of the back of his caravan for some traditional Welsh dancers.
