Ade in Britain takes our host, Ade Edmondson, from the Dales right across Britain as he uncovers the traditional British fayre which we all know and love.
Comedian Adrian Edmondson's journey leads him off the mainland in today's show, as his exploration of British foods and traditions take him to the largest of the Channel Islands, Jersey. Things get a bit fishy when he meets a turbot famer with a rather unusual workplace, he gets in a tangle when he is taught the art of spinning wool, he delights in some island delicacies, and cooks up a some fantastic fare for the island's brass band.

Adrian discovers the history of the Welsh Black cattle, learns how to make a traditional Welsh blanket, and indulges in a sweet treat when he learns about the country's Italian connection. In the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Adrian cooks up a local dish out of the back of his caravan for some traditional Welsh dancers.
