Bad Education is back! Fast-paced, irreverent and starring not only an all-new Class K, but also former pupils Stephen and Mitchell, who are now both teachers at Abbey Grove.
On the last day of Christmas term at Abbey Grove, drama teacher Stephen stages his own funeral to hear what the school will say about him when he leaves for his new job in a pantomime. But he is shocked to encounter the ghost of Alfie, who tells him he will be visited by three ghosts to show him the error of his ways. Alfie wants Stephen to care about teaching more than he ever did; but his happiness depends on the lessons he learns that night, when Stephen has an important decision to make about his career at Abbey Grove.
Stephen wants to turn the school play into a showcase for his talents to impress an agent, but Hoburn has more sinister plans to use it as a way of closing the school down.
Stephen is desperate to get rid of Mitchell who has moved in after his girlfriend threw him out. So Class K and Stephen give Mitchell a glow up in the hope she'll take him back.
After Class K make Stephen feel old and irrelevant on his birthday, he goes to ridiculous lengths to prove he is still a trailblazer.
Hoburn tries a prison experience programme at the school to teach the kids discipline. Class K end up incarcerated with Stephen, who's prepping an audition as a hardened criminal.
Stephen is determined to find out who snitched on him about Class K's trip to a drag brunch. Meanwhile, Fraser mistakes an Ofsted inspector for a Task Rabbit.
It's a new day at Abbey Grove, and as usual, Mitchell and Stephen are totally neglecting their teaching duties. Hoburn tells them that she is going to have to get rid of one of their departments unless they can prove the educational merits of their subjects.
Meanwhile Fraser is panicking as he has accidentally sent the entire internet to the printer in alphabetical order and can't stop the continuous flow of printouts - not a good look when Hoburn is on the warpath over wastage.
Stephen and Mitchell continue their unique approaches to teaching whilst headteacher and control freak Ms Hoburn forever looms large. Meanwhile, Mr Fraser continues to hang around the school kitchen, and the new class K of glamorous gossip Usma, wannabe roadman Inchez, himbo Harrison, clueless slacktivist Jinx, eccentric Warren and energetic hustler, Blessing, all return.
