All while babysitting his new MP, Valentine, eager to prove herself. Confronted with her first mission as a lobbyist, Rose must deploy all her ingenuity to discover the identity of a mysterious Eurocrat. After ruling out all other possibilities, Samy ends up finding the ideal president, however unexpected.

It's back to Parliament in Strasbourg. Samy tries desperately to find a new MEP, but only comes across clinical cases. When he finally sets his sights on the ambitious and newly elected Valentine Cantel, Samy upsets the cosmic parliamentary order. While Michel feels Samy's absence sorely, Rose returns to Parliament, this time in the camp of lobbyists.
